Our newest permanent structure, reserved for weddings: 5,800 square feet of column-free, lake-facing elegance, completed in 2024 by third-generation owner Juliana Lorusso. Floor-to-ceiling windows along the entire lake-facing wall make sunset a part of every Belvedere wedding.

In Detail
The Belvedere was the most ambitious project in Lake Pearl's history. It's also the one that defines the next century of celebrations on the lake. Built by Juliana Lorusso, the third-generation member of the family that has stewarded Lake Pearl since 1998, it opened in summer 2024.
Every design decision was made for the moment the sun dips behind the pine line. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors run along the entire lake-facing wall, opening onto a front-facing view of the water. The 5,800-square-foot interior is column-free, which means uninterrupted sight lines from any seat to the head table, and to the water beyond.
Outside, a cantilevered terrace wraps the lake side of the building. Inside, hand-finished millwork and natural-fiber wallcoverings keep the space warm even at 200 guests. The lighting is engineered for portrait photography in every direction at every hour of day.
Belvedere weddings include ceremony at the Boat House pavilion or on the private sand Beach, both steps from the building and both part of the wedding day. The Belvedere is reserved exclusively for weddings.
