Yes. Lake Pearl is all-inclusive: venue, catering, bar, coordinator, and rentals are bundled into a single per-guest rate. We send a detailed sample invoice for your guest count and date before any contract conversation, with all fees disclosed upfront (we comply with Massachusetts's Sept 2025 fee-disclosure law).
We have the ability to host two weddings simultaneously, a practice we've perfected over decades. Thanks to our thoughtfully designed property, couples enjoy a completely private experience, often unaware that another celebration is taking place. Separate event spaces, private entrances, dedicated amenities, and no shared areas, including restrooms, ensure your wedding feels uniquely yours from start to finish.
Every outdoor ceremony is paired with a thoughtfully planned indoor backup option, ensuring peace of mind regardless of the weather. These plans are reviewed in detail during your first tour, so there are never any surprises. Most often, the ceremony is held in the reception space, which our team seamlessly and quietly transforms during cocktail hour into a fully set dining room, complete with décor and guest seating.
Absolutely. From multi-day Indian celebrations to Kosher meals, our kitchen builds every menu collaboratively with the family: halal, vegetarian-only, fully customized. Cultural authenticity is always respected, never an upcharge.
We require a deposit at signing to hold your date, with the balance paid in stages leading up to the wedding. Specific deposit amount and refund timing are detailed in your contract, and your Sales Manager will walk you through every line before signing.
We have preferred vendors we love (photographer, DJ, floral) but you're welcome to bring your own. There's no fee for outside vendors. We do require all vendors to carry liability insurance, which we'll happily explain to anyone you're considering.
Every wedding package includes access to private wedding suites beginning 90 minutes before your ceremony. Each suite features full-length mirrors, a private restroom, and refreshments to help you relax and prepare for your day.
Looking for more time? Our wedding house rentals provide exclusive access starting at 9:00 a.m. on your wedding day, giving you and your wedding party a comfortable space to get ready, gather, and enjoy every moment leading up to the celebration.
